Scope
These terms cover your use of medtropic.co, which is published by MedTropic SARL (see the legal notice). By using the site you accept them. They apply to the website only. Any purchase or supply of timber, furniture or fine goods is governed by the written quotation, order confirmation or contract for that transaction, and those documents take precedence over anything here.
Nothing on the site is an offer
The site describes what we trade and how we work. It is an invitation to get in touch, not an offer capable of acceptance. No contract comes into being until we confirm an order in writing. Availability, specifications, dimensions, grades, moisture content, prices, lead times and delivery terms are all agreed for each consignment, and we may decline any enquiry.
Timber information is indicative
The species catalogue gives typical properties such as density, durability and strength. These are general figures, summarised from published sources and given to help you shortlist. Wood is a natural material and individual boards vary. The figures are not a specification or a warranty of what a particular consignment will measure. Where a property matters to your project, ask us for the grading data and test results for the actual stock, which we provide with the quotation.
Origin and sourcing statements
Statements on the site about where and how we source describe our practices in general. The documents that evidence the origin, legality and chain of custody of a specific consignment are supplied with that consignment and are the record you should rely on. Certifications or marks are only claimed for the products and lots to which they actually apply.
Fine goods
Product descriptions, ingredients, allergen information and certifications for fairafric and Amanase products are those published by the producer, and the packaging is the authoritative source. Always check the label before consuming or reselling.
Your use of the site
You may browse the site and print or save pages for your own reference. You may not copy the content for republication, use automated tools to scrape it, attempt to interfere with the site or its contact form, or send us anything unlawful, abusive or that you have no right to send.
Intellectual property
The MedTropic and enchi names, logos, text, design and images are owned by or licensed to MedTropic SARL. Third-party names and marks, including fairafric and Amanase, belong to their owners. Nothing here grants you a licence to any of them.

Links to other sites, including our furniture brand enchi, are provided for convenience. We are not responsible for their content or their terms.
Liability
We keep the site accurate and available as far as we reasonably can, but we provide it as it is, without a promise that it is error-free or uninterrupted. To the extent the law allows, MedTropic SARL is not liable for loss arising from reliance on the site's general information, from its unavailability, or from the sites we link to. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

What we do with details you send us is set out in our privacy policy, which forms part of these terms.
Law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Lebanon. Any dispute about the website that cannot be settled by discussion falls to the courts of Beirut. This clause concerns the website only; contracts of sale carry their own governing law and dispute terms.
Changes
We may update these terms. The date at the top shows when they were last reviewed, and the version on the site at the time you use it is the one that applies.
